City Survivor Super Powered Supplements

Gone are the days when I could survive on a lettuce leaf, leave a club at dawn or risk missing a toilet stop. These days I need to look after myself and it’s a complete pain!

A month ago I excitedly started taking City Survivor Supplements. I’m rubbish with tablets but felt so desperate to become a new woman (or feel 40 again) that I’ve taken them daily. Ok, I missed a day, blame it on some booze! (It was our anniversary). I’ve already placed an order with Daisy (the lovely founder of City Survivor) so you can guess how I feel about this incredible brand!

I’d always found the whole vitamin thing a bit overwhelming, the good, the bad the pointless; but speaking to Daisy and experiencing the results of these powerhouses has really spiked my interest. Now admittedly the capsules are fairly large and they’re not on ‘Buy one get one for 1p’ but if they make a significant difference to my wellbeing then they’re worth it!

My initial thoughts (I’ll post again next month) are that my awful perimenopausal P.M.T. wasn’t as bad this month, I’ve had comments about the thickness of my hair and my nails are definitely stronger. I also think I feel a little brighter!

Daisy kindly gifted me:

City Survivor Pollution Protection Daily Multi

An amazing complement of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that help protect your cells against oxidative stress: Copper, Natural Vitamin E, Manganese, Vitamin B2, Selenium, Vitamin C and Zinc.

City Survivor

City Survivor Vital Minerals : Magnesium

A highly absorbable blend of Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Bisglycinate.

Magnesium for me is a HUGE deal, I’ve spent hours googling it, what a saddo! Daisy says:

Magnesium is important for your nervous system, and for normal psychological function. Also important for its contribution to normal muscle function, so I particularly recommend taking it if you exercise or suffer restlessness at night.

City Survivor

City Survivor Night Support

Supporting a calm night time routine for more energetic daytimes – Magnesium is important for normal function of your nervous system and also contributes to reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Paired with my favourite amino acid L-Theanine (more commonly found in your soothing cup of tea) and L-Taurine. Free from sedatives so won’t leave you feeling drowsy the next day.

As a peri-menopausal woman, I already suspect these supplements have had a positive impact on my hormonal struggles and I’ll be back in a month with a further update. In the meantime, I’d highly recommend you pop over to You won’t regret it!
