Gone are the days when I could survive on a lettuce leaf, leave a club at dawn or risk missing a toilet stop. These days I need to look after myself and it’s a complete pain!
A month ago I excitedly started taking City Survivor Supplements. I’m rubbish with tablets but felt so desperate to become a new woman (or feel 40 again) that I’ve taken them daily. Ok, I missed a day, blame it on some booze! (It was our anniversary).
