If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that I’m a lover of flowers and plants, my house is full of them. So, when the opportunity arose to work with Haute florist, one of the UK’s premier online florists, I was delighted. Haute Florist offers a sustainable range of beautiful bouquets, house plants and gifts; they are a fantastic brand dedicated to making gifting greener.
I gratefully received the beautiful Lavish Lily and Rose bouquet, which you can find here. This fragrant arrangement includes lilies, Avalanche roses and yellow carnations. It is currently on offer for £30 and would make the most wonderful Easter gift across the miles.
Every Haute Florist stem is carefully selected from ethical and sustainable flower farms from across the world. The environment and wellbeing of their farmers is at the heart of everything they do.
Each year we recycle 104 tonnes of green waste into compost, which is equivalent to eight double-decker buses!
Each year, we recycle all of our cardboard (60 tonnes), equivalent to six Blue Whales!
All of our staff are committed to protecting the environment. They use recyclable/reusable bottles.
We are virtually zero-landfill, and we are working on the rest.
We have replaced most plastic packaging e.g bubble wrap with sustainable paper alternatives.
We have replaced ribbons with raffia, which is a recyclable form of hay.
We don’t use ribbon ties – we use sustainable wooden holders instead.
Our individual flower food packaging is fully compostable and the ink printed on it is dissolvable to ensure that it degrades.Haute Florist
My beautiful blooms arrived in a luxury, recyclable, cardboard box. There was no excessive or unnecessary packaging, just delicate florals thoughtfully packaged.
Haute Florist have just launched their first organic rose, which you can find here.
This lovely garden rose is 100% organic, growing naturally with no chemicals, agents or fertilizers in harmony with the environment. Our garden roses stand up to wind and weather. They grow in a natural rhythm with the season. This strengthens the naturally present resistance. This makes them powerful and robust, and therefore very climate-resistant.Haute Florist
This planet loving brand also offer a range of dried flower bouquets, giving flowers a new lease of life.
