I was thrilled when the lovely Ariadna reached out to me, asking if I would be interested in collaborating with Cloud Twelve. Cloud Twelve is a wellness and lifestyle club located in Notting Hill that centers around wellness, family, and rejuvenation. Although I couldn’t visit in person, I have been absolutely delighted by the brand’s exceptional tinctures and teas, expertly formulated by the founder, Jenya Di Pierro.
Jenya Di Pierro is the Founder of Cloud Twelve Wellness and Lifestyle Club in Notting Hill, and a professional naturopath and herbalist with a qualification in herbal medicine from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her practice supports a wide range of health conditions, though she specialises in hormonal and gut health, fertility and autoimmune wellness.

Jenya Di Pierro created her Botanical Pharmacy to help her clients transform their health with the help of plant-based science, intelligent nutrition and functional medicine. Her personalised herbal remedies are all made in-house, in her pharmacy stocked with 300 different herbs from all over the world in the form of tinctures, powders, dried leaves, flowers, berries and roots. While most clients receive bespoke formulations, Jenya has also created a retail herbal range for common health goals – immunity boost, sleep support, digestive health, detox, energy boost and stress reduction.

I was kindly sent Menopause Herbal Tea, Menopause Support Tincture and Hayfever Relief Tincture.
Tinctures are concentrated extracts of herbs that are alcohol based. They tend to be the fastest acting, as alcohol is easily metabolized and some of it can enter the bloodstream directly if taken sublingually. Additionally, alcohol increases the shelf life of a herbal preparation, which can be preserved for over 2 years.
