We all know that honey is beneficial to our well-being; I have written about it before here and here. Melora is a new brand to me and one I’m loving already.

Mānuka honey is anti-microbial, it kills off bad bacteria and is an effective prebiotic which can stimulate the growth of good bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.
I particularly like Manuka honey with lemon, it’s honey with added zing!
